PRACTICE: Therapeutic Bodywork

Lisa’s journey with healing began in the early 1990s when her Reiki training opened her up to the power of the healing energy in all of us. For many years to follow she worked full-time homeschooling her 3 kids until the day came she could follow her passion in the healing arts. In 2013 she graduated from the Cape Cod Community College and began her career as a massage therapist. Lisa has gone on to further her training with CranioSacral, Trigger Point Therapy and in 2020 she completed her training in Reflexology. Lisa loves offering Pregnancy Massage and adding hot stones to her work. Her style is thoughtful, creative, and strong with a deep focus on relaxation and restoration.

She is committed to her own self-care practice of daily Qi gong, swimming in the chilly waters of East Sandwich Beach, and monthly massages.
