Liz offers mobile massage and Reiki services.  Her style is intuitive, gentle, and compassionate, offering your nervous system the opportunity to deeply relax and heal.  Sessions may be combined or separate depending on your needs.

Liz embodies a lifelong dedication to spiritual exploration and holistic healing.  Her journey in healthcare began in 2006, working in Oncology at Maine Medical Center, in Portland Maine which led to Liz working for Martin's Point Healthcare in their insurance administration side of healthcare, training individuals and supporting collaboration within the business.  Her love for yoga and meditation during these years inspired Liz to begin her own journey with holistic healing and it quickly became clear that she had a deep desire to help others heal.

Liz moved to Arizona in 2018 and studied meditation and sound healing, became a Reiki 2 practitioner with The Sedona School of Reiki as well as studied Transformational Life Coaching at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.  Moving back to the East Coast in 2019, Liz continued her education obtaining certifications as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, Yoga (RYT 500) Instructor,  Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).  Additionally, Liz has honed her skills in sound healing (Gong Master training) and energy work with animals (IET for animals certification), reflecting her comprehensive approach to human and animal wellness.  Currently, Liz is deepening her education in Oncology Massage and Polarity Therapy.

What is Reiki?  Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Master uses their hands to transmit the flow of healing energy (universal life force energy).  Liz offers Reiki either hands on or hands hovering above the body, depending on your preference, both equally potent in promoting healing and reducing stress.  Liz will gently guide you in a relaxing meditation allowing your mind, body and soul to let go.  You may sleep, talk, or float in that lovely half in-half out state of deep relaxation.  Each session is individualized to meet your current needs and support you for your highest and best outcome. 

Although Liz does not diagnose or prescribe, she holds the same high level of confidentiality and ethics you will find within the medical community. It would be Liz’s honor to support you in your healing journey.
