Nové is nestled at 581 Main Street, West Dennis, next to Three Fins Coffee. Its owner, Jitka Borowick, is originally from the Czech Republic; Nové is the Czech word for new. The goal of the studio is to make people feel new every day and to prepare them to best handle the challenges of life, both big and small. Through mindfulness and yoga, Nové is teaching its students to effectively release their physical and emotional tension, allowing them to be their best selves.

Nové offers yoga, mindfulness, meditation, strength and stretching classes. The studio is full of light and boasts an industrial, clean vibe. It comes as no surprise that Jitka is also the founder and owner of Cleangreen, a cleaning company that uses products that are safe for our fragile land and for families.

Nové is accessible to individuals beginning a yoga practice, as well as, athletes looking to recover and improve flexibility. Of particular interest may be Restore and Recover offered weekly or Gentle Yoga. Additionally, workshops offered often include sound healing.

To register for the first time, call Jitka at 508-524-1018. She will take your CWC Wellness Card number over the phone and set up an account for you in their enrollment system. Arrive about 15 minutes before your first class to review your Mind Body account and to talk to the teacher about your goals and limitations.

All props are provided. You can bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio.
