Centerville Yoga and Wellness Center is located in the Bell Tower Mall on Route 28 in Centerville. This year marks their 16 year anniversary in business, for which they are justly proud. Upon entering the building, you will be welcomed by calming scents and greeted by warm staff and fellow students. Shoes and jackets may be left in the foyer of the studio. Check in at the desk and make your way to the studio. The yoga space is filled with light: warmed on a cold day and cooled in the heat of summer. Everything you need will be provided for class, but feel free to bring your own mat. Instructors are always happy to answer any questions prior to class, or get anything you need during the practice, so enjoy your class.

Karen Black, who has lived in Centerville with her family since 1997, purchased the Center in April 2013 from the previous owner, Annika Iliadis. She has worked hard to ensure that the class schedule is diverse, and the Center supports whole health to the community by offering a wide range of modalities. Services, which are available by appointment, include massage therapy, reiki, reflexology, infrared sauna, as well as private yoga sessions. During the summer months, Centerville Yoga holds classes on the private beach at the Craigville Beach Association adjacent to Craigville Beach on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-9:00 am. You may use your CWC card for these classes.

To enroll for the first time, please call to speak to Karen, or email karen@centervilleyoga.com. Let her know you will be using your CWC Wellness Card. She will set you up with their class booking system. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class to meet the instructor and explore the space.
